Good evening,
Ethereum developers are trying to strike a balance between their optimism and realism about the efficacy of PeerDAS for scaling blob throughput.
Unlike other code changes, it’s difficult for developers to know how effective PeerDAS will be until it goes live on Ethereum mainnet.
Because of this, developers are divided on how aggressively they can raise blob capacity in Fusaka before knowing the real impacts of PeerDAS.
Below are my takeaways on All Core Developers Consensus (ACDC) call #159.
